OBTAINING YOUR STATE LICENSE

To obtain your Tennessee marriage license, both you and your fiancé must go to any TN Clerk of Court’s office, together, with the following items:

Proof of Social Security Number (Social Security Card or Driver License containing SSN).
State certified birth certificate (age 18-21), Driver’s License, or State Issued ID.
