How much is the pay?
The pay rate varies from the client that you select to provide service. The average CSP is making $8-$15 per hour.
Will I be an Employee or an Independent Contractor?
You will be contracted as an Independent Contractor of BPP Services LLC which has partnered with Arise and contracted with clients that you choose to serve. You will receive a 1099 form to file your tax return every year.
How long is the Client Certification Class?
The client certification class depends on the client you choose to provide service. It could range from 4 weeks to 8 weeks or longer. It's broken down into different phases:
Phase 1 could range from 2-3 weeks of you receiving your logins credentials and learning the systems.
Phase 2 could range from 2-4 weeks of you taking Live calls with hands-on learning.
Do I get paid for the client certification class?
Yes, you are paid $6 an hour to attend class for your certification from day 1. You must pay a deposit of $50 within 48 hours of enrolling in an opportunity. One to two days after you attend the entire first day of class, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment. If you sign up and do not show, you will forfeit the deposit. After completion then you will start earning your original pay that is for the client opportunity you enrolled. You will be responsible to pay a $30 background fee. Please review the opportunity announcement (OA) for each client for that you are interested in providing service.
When is payday?
You are paid weekly after the first 2 weeks of enrolling in class with the certification pay rate. Once certified, you will see the increase of pay to the original client opportunity pay rate.
